One of our suppliers started listing a new wild-caught minnow last week, but he just called it Lemon White Cloud Mountain Minnow ( Tanichthys sp. 'lemon'). The pic he sent was a bit blurry and just looked like a washed out regular white cloud. No idea if these are the new species you mention or not?...

Hi Andyroo, Leptobotia elongata is a species of special concern, because the larger specimens (over 25cm+/10") have become scarce, due mainly to overfishing (for food). The large adults have declined some estimated 80% in the last decade because of this. The fishermen who trawl their native habitats...
