Re: Interesting Clown Loach markings
Those are very interesting. There are clown loaches with unusual markings but they are still clown loaches. I like the unusual markings, makes the clown loaches very unique.

Re: Fish Tales
So glad Baby Girl made it through the illness. I've had cories swim at the top when they want to eat floating food. So am I. I can actually relax and not worry about her. It was scary to see her at the top of the tank and swimming oddly and such. But I am so glad that she is all better and is actin...

Re: SWEETYSMUMS SICK CLOWN LOACH HELP
So sorry for your loss. I understand how it is to lose a beloved fish. I remember when I lost two clown loaches and they were juveniles. It was when my mom had to flea bomb the house. I covered the tank and I also put my betta that I had under the sleeping bag that I covered the tank with. When we g...

Re: Fish Tales
Yep Baby Girl is completely recovered from the three illnesses she had. She is very happy and hanging out at the bottom of the tank now. Man I was scared of losing her, I am glad that I didn't lose her. Hopefully she will live a very long time with me. It feels so good when you pull a sick fish thro...

Re: Clown always buried in sand
I completely understand. My clowns used to hide when I get close to the tank. Now they are curious as to wait I am doing when I am near the tank.

Re: Fish Tales
When Baby Girl, my biggest clown loach, was sick, I was in tears because I thought that I would lose her. One day I was crying and sitting next to the tank, she saw that I was upset so she held a plastic plant leaf with her fin, in the middle of the tank. She also bit the top of a plastic plant. She...

Re: SWEETYSMUMS SICK CLOWN LOACH HELP
Hi loachlover77 , yes please, that would be great. Do you know how old your big one is, how big? Oh didn't know about the peas. Do I need to cook them first? Yes I understand only too well about the tears, my big girl is a real part of the family. I just feed mine raw peas, they were the fresh ones...

Re: SWEETYSMUMS SICK CLOWN LOACH HELP
My biggest clown loach displayed the floating behavior also when she was sick. I gave her some peas and she slowly recovered. The peas I would give her every day, just a few, and she would be fine. The odd swimming is swim bladder disease, which can be cured. Is she hanging out at the top of the tan...

Re: SWEETYSMUMS SICK CLOWN LOACH HELP
First of all: if she has only one clown loach in the tank, she needs to get a few more like four more. Second: the temp has nothing to do with what is going on with her clown loach. Third: Is her clown loach covered in something that looks like it was sprinkled in gold dust? If so, this is known as ...

Re: Your favourite aquarium Plant
I like the plastic plants. I have a bunch of them and I always put them in my aquariums. They are cheaper and last longer than real plants.

Clown loach very happy.......
Well I have some wonderful news for everyone: my biggest clown loach who was sick for about 3 to 4 weeks has improved greatly. She is not hanging at the top of the tank anymore, she is swimming upright now. She went through swim bladder issues after she had a fungus infection and ich. I am very prou...

Re: When a bigger tank is not possible
Thank you EmilyMarie85. I will do that with the temp. Baby Girl is improving, she is a fighter that is for sure. I just hope that she keeps improving.
I have tried to do a search on the veggies that they can have and I don't get anywhere.
