Hi! Just a quick question. Do the Pangio Kuhlii "filter" the sand through the gills like for instance Corydoras? My reason for asking is that I have never seen my kuhliis do this. I`ve seen them dig in the substrate making the sand go "everywhere" :lol: But not sand actually passing through the gill...

A short update on this case. Maracyn 2 was administered into the tank yesterday. Here is the result. Looks better don`t you think? It`s usually called "greying out". It`s quite normal. They often do this in various situations. Exitement, fights, etc. Nothing to worry about, I would say

I don`t think disposing of them is going to happen. Also, it is important to try and resolve the issue. It would be useful for future spawns and to widen the knowledge of illness/treatment.

Some fellow aquarists in Norway has started to encounter some coinciding problems with Cory fry. To me it looks like Cory with some sort of Skinny Disease.
