yes, but Pangio pangia remains smaller than P. oblonga. The loach in the picture looks (for my eyes) too big for P. pangia. How big is it? P. pangia 2,5 inch, P. oblonga 3,15 inch (from fishbase.org) Maybe I'm wrong but this could be a really P. pangia (it is 1,2 inch) http://sandkauer.de/Bilder/P_c...

Thats intersting! It seems that the loach I ask for identification here http://forums.loaches.com/viewtopic.php?t=11272 from the genera Oreonectes is. The head looks very similar.
