Its 3 clowns,2 kubotias,1 pleco,and a geophagus,plus soon 3 yoyos.The clowns and pleco are soon moving to a bigger tank(shooting for a 120).

Is a river tank absolutly neccesary for clown loaches,and is a non-rivertank setup harmful to them?Just curious.

Ah yes,the algea that collected on my hood under my light...some of it was brown and for a bit I thought my hood was melting from the light :P

This might end up worse than silk,but you could try plastic plants,being harder,thicker,plus less plant like in texture IMO.I have many in my 26 gallon and have never been attacked by any loaches that have been in that tank,which includes 5 different clowns,1 sinibotia longiventralis and 1 yoyo loac...

Great pics!

Just curious...in the first picture,all the way next the glass,what species of fish is that? Not the a cown loach,but the fish behind it.The black stripe on him reminds me of a LM bass

Thanks for the advice!I checked craiglist and found an entire 120gallon tank with all equipment and stand for $150!It even has a fluval canister filter(for the record, I have been in love with fluval filters since I got one for my 26g-does an awsome job!)My mom said to get some info and then we can ...
