Sounds like a Pangio Myersi (Myer's Kuhli) to me. There is a lot of variation in markings, even between individuals of the same species. If you are able to find more Kuhlis I'd recommend drip acclimating them before adding them to your tank. Kuhlis don't adjust well to changes in water chemistry, so...
