I have Tunze pumps.

My 300 gallon tank has four pumps that each pump 3500 gph and I would call that minimal flow.

My vote is also for Botia striata. The markings look exactly like the markings that I have had on young striatas. The lines will get closer as it develops. I just finished taking pictures of the largest of these next to a ruler. It is about exactly 5.25 inches TL. Thus, it grew from at least 3.25 to 5...
