Wow! They are really beautiful. I was going to ask how large they are, since they are so gorgeous that I completely missed the ruler the first two times through the pictures. Nice size.

My vote is also for Botia striata. The markings look exactly like the markings that I have had on young striatas. The lines will get closer as it develops. The red on the nose is also just like a striata. I don't think the fins are really red, but just a little pink from the hand behind them. The he...

That's interesting. My earlier river tank was left to right. My current river tank has the end against the wall so you can view it right to left or left to right.

Thanks for posting the video Vancmann. It is great to see your setup in action. The clowns seem to be quite enjoying themselves. Providing this kind of entertaining activity for them has to good for their well-being.

Your question has motivated me to make some accurate measurements of my clowns. 14 months ago I obtained 4 clowns that ranged from 2.5 to 3.25 inches TL. I just finished taking pictures of the largest of these next to a ruler. It is about exactly 5.25 inches TL. Thus, it grew from at least 3.25 to 5...
