Re: my hillstream tank
First photo looks like snail eggs. My r. duospilus did lay eggs on the glass once. They were quickly eaten.

Re: rhinogobius or stiphodon
Tank description would be helpful. I've not kept rubros but the rhinos I have kept would eat anything that fit in their mouth. S. percnopterygionus ae pretty small. If the tank is large enough they may be fine?? Sicyopterus will definitely be fine.

Re: ID gastromyzon and homaloptera
Not viriosus. Doesn't look like zebrinus either. Maybe a new one? I like it whatever it is. Better, close up pics will help. Underside on the glass is also helpful. Homaloptera is smithi/tweediei. I can never keep them straight!

There some very different groups under g. zebrinus. May even be separate species?

Re: 75G Tank Set Up
Test your tap water for nitrates. Be sure your test kit is good, not expired. Strips or liquid? Don't worry about ich unless you see it. Fish will flash for many reasons. It could be irritation from high nitrates. Providing there's no nitrate in your tap water more water changes and less feeding are...

Re: Ceramic Bio Beads Fail?
Don't stress, just do more water changes. If there's no nitrates in your tapwater, then your fish are producing more waste than you think they should and you'll have to remove it one way or another.
