I've never done this, but I'd just fill it with water, let it circulate for a day or two, change as much water as possible, and just repeat maybe 3-4 times. I'm sure there's better ways, but that's what I'd do.

We have an RTS with our loaches, bala sharks, angels, and plecos in our 450L tank. We used to have him in another tank, but he chased the other inhabitants so we moved him, and to our surprize he's really calm. We haven't had any trouble at all with our Sewellia and Easy Carbo and ProFito. Not even at max-dosage of Easy Carbo.

Our AC 110 is almost dead quiet. We don't have a manifold though, but still almost no sound at all.

JonasBygdemo, I mixed up the two Plecos. The L114 is going for $40 plus, I'm going to a few pet stores tomorrow to find a pleco. I'll let you know what the L001 is going for if I see any of them.
