Do you have a large enough QT tank that they could go in for a little while- or until they are better? If so, I think I would go ahead with it- yes, it wrecks your cycle, but you could bleach everything from the tank, and get a fishless cycle going in the main tank well you treat them in QT. How many fish are left in the tank? Honest, I think it might be worth it to QT them, and well you are, start the tank all over if there are only a couple fish. Sure it breaks your cycle, but after all of this...Then again...

I have heaters for all of the tanks- and the thermometer always reads the same temp.

Lost another recently- but being a pet store betta I wouldn't be surprised if he was just a weaker one or something like that.
