Love to see some pics of your Rostrata .

The one thing I did notice is your fish have a really dark base colour ,almost black where my own Striata seem more brown ,could it be the lighting or are they pretty dark

Are these your only Botia's/loaches or do you have others

Hi Fran , just a bit curious as to your definition of a Flying Fox ?the fish we refer to as the Flying Fox is E.kalopterus which also has the lateral band extending through the middle of the caudal fin ! A lot of fish keeper's tanks are overstocked ,but with experience and strict maintenance it can be done ! but if you are new to the hobby then try to stick within the guidelines , with respect if you are asking advice I'd guess you would be overstocked so keep up good maintenance and observation bef...
