How would you say betta? Would it be bait-a or bet-a? Also do bettas have to use both; their lybrinth organ and their gills to breath?

Thank you! It makes me really sad though that lots of breeders and other people would do that to their bettas. They have to live in the boxes :( .

I really have a good interest in betta fish. I am new fish betta fish and I would like some advice! I was thinking o f mabey setting up a 20g tank of female bettas. Would they be really agressive towards eachother or would they be peaceful? How many females could I add?

Would this be low tech or high tech lighting?

Im setting up a 55g planted aquarium and i want to know if the lighting would be high or low tech. Its a t5 double bulb lamp.

I guess he would be too old. I got him from a local petstore, he wasnt labled anything. If he is to old I probobly shouldn't even try.
