Hello everyone, this is my first post so I thought I'd introduce myself.
My name is Jayne,I'm a housewife in the West Midlands UK and have been keeping fish for 30 years.Like most people I started with the usual platies, guppies, neon tetras etc (all lovely fish of course) and then as the years have gone by I have developed an interest in loaches.
At the moment have just 2 types,12 pygmy chain loaches and 6 sumo loaches who live in a planted community tank.I'm going to set up a river tank and will be picking your brains for help and advice as I go
Thanks for reading
Jayne

Hi. My very first post @ LOL. I have to say I love this site. Loaches rock!
I have a few dozen Kuhli, some Horsefaced, common Hillstream, Tiger Hillstream, Dwarf Chain, and Zodiak loaches. They are my favourite type of fish. I have been keeping tropical fish for about a year, and currently have 10 FW tanks running. I also have a few frogs, and firebellied newts.

If I can see you, you are too close.
