New hillstream tank!

Post by Roachant » Fri Aug 27, 2010 10:32 pm

Hi all,
I finally did it! I set up my stream tank for hillstream loaches and I currently have 6 gastromyzons in there with about a dozen white clouds. I added the white clouds to make them dither fish but, I don't think i need them. I want to add at least 5 sewellia in there and the tank will be complete. I may remove the white clouds when i add them. The tank is 30 gallons running two power heads in a river tank manifold set up and a fluvial canister filter. There is roughly 500-600 gallons running through the filters so water flow is really good. I will post pictures very soon.
My current dilemma however is that no one has any sewellia! I was seeing them weekly about two months ago and now that everything is ready.. Poof! There are no more. I live in Montreal, Quebec so if anyone has any info on how to get some sewellia please contact me! Thanks!
