Set up is almost 2 years old. Only lost one fish due to jumping out. Eveyone gets along just fine. Not much in the way of fighting or topping. My setup is pretty much an algae factory. 50% water change a week. I have a 30gal in the back yard growing algae in the sun. I run two small power heads in my algae growing tank. But algae growth has not been a problem with the high light i get with the LED's. Feeding is repashy solient green, Omega one veggie wafers, Cucumber. I Syringe tube feed bloodworms, brineshrimp, glassworms and live black worms. I'm really picky on water quality. So i feed only what they can eat in a few minutes. I have a lot of fish. But all in all the tank has been balanced. All the fish are small. Nothing over 2-3 inches.
