--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi, I have a small 37 gallon tank with three 2 in loaches, I did a probably 30% water change yesterday, today I woke up and the water is really cloudy. what can I do now?? any suggestions??.

I have a penguin filter for a 75 gallon tank. and there are also 5 little tiger barbs. ok. thank you.
today, i tested the water and ammonia is 0, ph 6.5, nitrite 0 but the nitrate is off the chart almost 80 mg/L. what do i do now??? thanks. the temperature is 76.

Tap Water?

Post by cybermeez » Mon Feb 06, 2006 8:35 am

Did you test your tap water? Check it for all the usual suspects including nitrate. If you have a chlorine test that may be useful too. You dechlorinate the tap water before it goes into the tank, right? What do you use to do that? Did you do anything else during maintainance besides changing out some water?
