What three loaches do you have now?

Red-tailed Botia Loach? Do you mean Botia modesta? which is now called Yasuhikotakia modesta by some.

If so, you should know that they can be very territorial. Clown loaches are less aggressive. Even when they are tiny, Y. modesta can be nippy and bold with bigger fish, as can their close relatives, the skunk loach and Y. eos.

If it's a different fish, try to find it in the species index:

If you spot the loach, come back with the Latin name that is listed. These fish get imported with all sorts of misleading common names.
Your vantage point determines what you can see.
