Well, I do have Prazipro which is praziquantel and is ready to be used in water. Should I try it first?

No, I haven't done a search for levasole... I'll do it today... but if it takes a week (which you're right about it) then it might be too late

Levimisole is effective against a wider range of internal parasites than PraziPro; PraziPro is useless against roundworms.

I had no problems getting levimisole overnight a couple of months ago, google for levimisole+soluble and you should find a few places.

Now, internal parasites in kuhlis are actually not so common, so it may be that your fish problem is not a parasite at all, but perhaps bacterial or something else. Still, levimisole as the first step probably makes sense, and then trying antibiotics if the condition does not improve.

as mike says this could also be bacterial...as i recall the necroscopies that have been done show a variety of factors...if you found Tom's posts on this he elaborates on what has been seen. some folks do use the two maracyns and levamisole concurrently. i've used it, levamisole as an immune system enhancement with the two maracyns....but for flexibacter. in that case i used the maracyns as directed and around the third or second day added a dose of levamisole, did a water change 24 hrs later and then continued with the maracyns to finish one treatment regime. then did another levasole treatment at the end, then a water changed and started another round of the maracyn....the flexibacter cleared up completely. all fish survived...striatas they were/are.
