I had the perfect opportunity to check my Sewellia lineolata a few mins ago.
On the LHS front glass was a fish with rounded pectoral fins, and on the RHS was a more 'square shouldered' looking specimen. I slowly sneaked a look through the LHS side glass and the fish with the rounder fins had no 'fences' and a comparitively drab patterning (not that any Sewellia are *really* drab
but you know what I mean). Then I crept round to the RHS side glass and got a look at the square shouldered one. As expected this was a brightly coloured/marked male with 'fences' to show. Now just got to get a chance to check the Spotties, who are a little more reclusive in the R/T.
