Goldfish Frozen Diet as veggies for loaches?

When I feed the loaches veggies, particles get all over the tank and into the filter intakes. Basically a mess. I noticed this frozen diet for goldfish and wondered if it would be a good substitute for fresh veggies. I wouldn't feed it as their main food but just to get some added veggies in their diet. What do you think?
