Hi,
I've made a few Videos of the Cobitis sp. I played with the Macro converter of my Camera and it works (a little bit). Sadly the YouTube quality is not compared with the quality of the .avi or the .mpg file here. Maybe I find another solution.
Hope you like it - have fun

In the next time I will try to get a new Video of my Homaloptera smithi at feeding time. It's a little bit more "spectacular" as the Cobitis-Videos...
Bye,
Thomas

Right Mick, that are alder cones. I put it in the tanks to colored the water a little bit darker. And it's also a nice decoration.

And the last one, nothing great but I think it is funny. A L. thermalis makes a long neck to catch a mosquito larvae

I want to add two new "creations"
I have filmed my Iksookimia while eating, and it looks like they don't want to loose their countenance.

In contrast to that, see the behaviour of the Misgurnus...

Same food, but what for different table manners

Video degrading on you tube is something I noticed when I post my own video. Then I noticed the "Play in Higher Quality" link under the video on the right hand side. Is your original video markedly better than this "Higher Quality" version? Just wondering because I couldn't see a difference with my own video. Of course, my video may not have been super high quality to begin with.
