I have babies!

Post by fish_frenzy » Wed Nov 12, 2008 4:27 pm

I was doing a water change this morning and found 4 little (1/4 to1/2") baby Sewellia lineolata! There may be more as there are tons of hiding places in the tank. I have a good amount of algae in there also. I usually throw in a algae wafer every second day and a few shrimp pellets every day. I am so excited...these are the first loaches that have bred for me!

I still have 2 very pregnant Yoyo loaches but they must eat their eggs as every few weeks they get a bit thinner.

Well done, Tammy. 8) I'd say they were several weeks old at that size.

Post pics when you can get them. They are probably hiding too well at this point to have a good picture taken.
