Thanks for the link Emma its given me a lot to think about as i thought these fish that i was buying were the real article. They are lovely active fish but i feel a bit conned but they were only £3 each. What would you expect to pay for the genuine article?

that all depends on what part of the country you are bud, i paid £ 1.50 for wildies.

All the LFS that I have been to in my area charge anywhere from $5-12 for yoyos. I did see one store near where I went to college in PA that was selling them for $4

In our part of the country (the east), I'd say a typical price for the real thing would vary between about £2.50 and £4.50, depending on size and what the particular supplier charges (all vary).
