Here's my favorite clown. When i bought the first 4 clowns he was the most skinny and were the most difficult to pump his belly.
Happily he's out of danger zone and reached almost 5cm (2'').
He has a semi translucid tail, i've never seen a CL like this before.
Merry Christmas everyone.
Rodrigo

Hello...
Beautiful pictures, and very clean tank! Before I even read the part about this one being your favourite, I was thinking his middle stripe looked rather unusual, as it only comes about halfway down his body. I have never had clown loaches, but I would like to have some one day. I know they can live a very long time, especially once you get them through those first few months.
Thanks for sharing your pictures,

Very handsome tank! Thank you for sharing it with all of us!
A question though - Do your serpea tetras fin-nip any of their tankmates?
I had this happen in my first 10 gallon, and my in-laws had the same issue in their 10 gallon setup, which is why I ask. My father-in-laww heard that this behavior would be changed by adding an odd number of serpae's to their tank, but it doesnt seem to have been a perfect solution.

Helo guys,
in may 2009 last year my loaches left their small 70 liter tank to go to a bigger one (420 liter).
This setup has completed 15 months and they keep growing and growing...
Now I have 10 clown loaches, 8 yoyo loaches and 4 darios. Other fish are 3 bala sharks, 1 red tail shark and 1 chinese algae eater.
Hope you like:
the newcomers 3, 12cm yoyos loaches i got from a friend:

The 2 bigger ones. I bought them in may 2009 with 7cm in length.
