Sorry, I was not saying Sids were extinct in the wild Mick, but they did come very close just like the Bala Shark and the Celestial Danio. There is many species around the world that are under immense pressure from over collecting for the trade and Clowns were heading that way also.
I have a greater concern about this than injecting natural hormones into a few fish to prevent this from happening to Clowns or Sids.
Cheers Graeme.

Is there a website or such where I could get info on this program and also the possibilities on when these loaches would actually start being seen on the market? A captive bred only tank would be something I would like to look into.
