Mixing Loaches

Post by Dano » Mon Oct 05, 2009 2:47 pm

Due to bad health, I am having to shut down a number of my tanks and get rid of a lot of my critters...............I want to keep my 6 Clown Loaches and 4 botia Stirata (Zebra)........They are all about 2 yrs old and 3 to 3 1/2 in long........Will they get along in a planted 75 with a big gnarley piece of driftwood and lots of hiding places......They will be the only fish in the tank except for an antique Longfin Black Tetra.

Thank you.

Shouldn't be a hassle. I keep these species together in the same tank with no problems.
So many species of fish yet so little time, space and money to keep them all...

Ditto, I have these together with other loaches & there's never a problem.
250 Gallon, 8 Modesta, 2 Plec, 2 Catfish & a shoal of 17 Clown loach.
