Loach stamps

Post by Thomas » Sun Nov 01, 2009 11:29 am

Hi,

I'm not a stamps collector, but I've seen some stamps with cobitis on it. So I've searched some internet stamp stores and wants to show you which loaches I've get.

Cobitis taenia

Cobitis vardarensis

Niwaella multifasciata?

Lepidocephalichthys jonklaasi

Misgurnus fossilis

I've seen some nice Botiastamps, too and other nice fishes such as Boraras or Betta for example

Very interesting! Thanks for sharing Thomas. i wonder what the inspiration to do this was? I see that there is description in other languages(other than English). Are these in the native language of the particular loach?
