The link to Chefkeiths dosage calculator in the article about Levamisole seems to be broken or not valid. Does anyone know where, or if, it is located somewhere else?

Are you using the liquid Marius?

I use 7.5% levacide liquid, Using 7.5% levimasole (levacide) solution at a rate of 0.3ml / Imperial gallon.

My web host, Geocities, terminated all their websites. So my old website is gone as well. I don't plan on having the levamisole calculator at my new website, which I will be launching soon.

How old is the Levamisole HCL? In the USA, Levamisole has been off the market for over a year, while it's shelf life is only 1-2 years. Anything we have over here is old stock and isn't good anymore or is less effective. The calculator I had was for new stock, where 2 ppm was the recommended dosage. I'm not sure what the dosage would be for older stock and I wouldn't want to chance it either (which is why I don't want my levamisole calculator being used). I think we're all better off finding a different medication where it's surplus is easy to find. I'm getting good results with fenbendazole, which is found in most pet shops. It's used for dogs/cats and has brand names such as Panacur and Safe-Guard. My loaches have had a growth spurt since I starting using some de-worm flake food with fenbendazole.

In addition to regular feedings, I fed my fish the dewormer flake Monday thru Friday once per day for 2 weeks. Skipped 2 weeks and I'm now repeating the treatment for 2 more weeks.

chef, I bought some of that de-worm food and my loaches will not eat it.

I also bought some of the Meat Love's flakes and they want eat it either. Do you have any suggestions I might try?

bookpage- About half of my loaches didn't eat it the 1st few days, but then they started liking it more and more. I guess it's an acquired taste. Sometimes darkness helps too. If you have a glass top, they might be getting spooked from their reflections near the surface. More plant cover near the surface might help. Floating plants perhaps. Are they use to eating flake foods or floating foods at the surface? If not, switch to floating foods for awhile. It might take them a few days for them to learn to search for food at the top, but they'll learn quickly if they are hungry enough.
