Hi Hokum, the goby is Sicyopterus longifilis, which has the common name in the trade of 'Sumatran Genghis Khan goby'.

The above photo is an old pic (of the same species) taken in one of my photo tanks - so the goby is a bit pale in colour - but you can see the amazing long dorsal fin draping down.
