sexing yo-yos

how does one sex a yo-yo... two of mine have "paired off" the other three leave them alone and the couple takes care of eachother... just wondering if this is normal (especially if they're male and female) or what. so i'd like to know how can you sex a yo-yo?

I get a kick out of the females. They sort of rock when they lay on the bottom as both the head and tail areas never touch the sand.

I love my big girl (Mrs Almorhae I call her, that or Sadie). I can hardly believe she manages to stay upright on a belly like that!
