Another loach ID please

I have another loach I cannot find what it is. I looked for checkerboard loach, but they were not the same.

I have a few of these tetras because they perch like a loach, but they are not a loach.

Thank you Dave and zenins for the ID. Was told it was a loach, but did not think the mouth was the same as most loaches.

I was given to me with other loaches. There is just the one.
