HillStream Gobies.
I found a few Stiphodon sp today. They just had the common name of 'sunset goby'. Here's a few pictures. Males with the rose colouration and females without.

Seriously though, lovely-looking little gobies. Have you got them in with any loaches?

Beautiful pictures!
Graeme- I have been on this forum only a short time (since around the beginning of the year), but continue to enjoy the great variety of species that you post high quality pictures of. Thank you.
I can't help being curious since I have never seen any information about how many tanks you have. Over the months I have guessed that you must have a very large number of tanks and an amazing setup. If this is a secret because you wish to hide the extent of your obvious addiction, then I understand, but I, and I am sure others, would be interested to see pictures of your tanks and to learn more about how you keep it all going (water changes (automated?, continuous drip?, Python?, carry buckets?), feeding, etc). Would you tell us more?

Hi Graeme,
I think I found a similar species but so far have been unable to identify them. Darrel the fish buyer had them down as a Red Stripe Gobies but couldn’t give me any further information. If I knew their requirements I might pick a couple up.
Unfortunately by the time I got these pictures they were pretty well washed out from being chased from their hiding spots. normally the vertical banding is much darker and vivid as well as the mustache being nearly black. The dorsal shows some redness so I wonder if thats where the name Red Stripe Gobie comes in?
