my tank at night
The blind loach
Sorry if I have over loaded with images, it;s not often that my loaches come out and pose.

love it, very nice
Re: finally picture of my loach tank
The loaches look excellent. The tank is huge. What size is it? Looks like it's build into the wall also? Would love to see pic's with the lights on.
What kind of sand are you using? It looks very nice.

That looks very nice, & as keith said, it looks looong, lots of swimming space!
Re: finally picture of my loach tank
Thanks folks. I have the biggest cowards in the loach world. On this one day they decided to be much more active then usual. There are approximately 20 clowns, 30 yoyo's (some are are questionable as to if they are hybrids), 10 zebra, three dwarfs, and good know how many kuli's in my sump filter.
Yes the tank is build into the wall. When i build the house I left a hole in the wall to fit the tank into. I will post some pictures taken in the day time along with my other loaches. During the day time I open out the back of the tank and natural light is used. Saves on the electricity bill
The tank is 10 feet long 1 1/2 feet tall and 2 1/2 feet wide. The sand is river sand, from local river. Commonly used as building material (mixed with cement). I washed it.
All the drift wood is from some jungle stream or another. I travel around the country a bit so I always have an eye out for nice drift wood. My pond is full of them
