Sexing Sewellia Lineolata

Post by TrebleClef84 » Mon Feb 06, 2012 10:20 pm

I've seen the pictures on how to sex these fish, but I can't seem to do so with my own. I'm guessing they are both the same sex so I can't compare them against each other or something. Anyway, we should be buying two more at the end of the week and I want to make sure I at least have one of each sex.

Thanks!

IMO fish 2 is a male. Not sure about fish 1, pic not as good. Probably also a male. It becomes more evident as they mature. These look fairly young.

I think the first one is also a young male.
