So, are you adding chlorinated water directly?topline wrote:The inlet side of the water is just a drip emitter (from drip irrigation) connected to a tap. I installed a pressure reducing valve on the tap to stop the emitter bieng 'blown' off. These emitters are available here at 2l/h, 4l/h and 8l/h. Variable drip emitters are also available.

Hi
Gary - Been around for a while, just dont post much, thanks for the welcome. I was adding clorinated water directly at 4l/h into 1000l. Now the incoming water is r/o. The chlorine never caused an issue but the tap water was +-400 TDS and all the fish are preferring the r/o water.
Mike - Thank for the comments and welcome.
Mickthefish - I also love the hekelii. Started with 5. Only 1 left. The strongest and toughest one survived. No aggression between differant species, only between the hekelii themselves.
Doc - Thanks. Largest clown about 20cm. Stock list (from memory) 6 Clowns, 3 Yoyo's, 3 Sids, 4 Severums, 3 Satanoperca, 2 Uaru, 5 Discus, 2 Geo Surinamensis, 1 Tapajos Red HEad, 1 flagtail...
Andre - Thanks for the welcome. Have been in Australia now for 15 years. This is now home and I support the AUSSIES!!!
Cheers
