R.I.P. big guy!
This morning I found one of my favorite fish, a large male Sewellia lineolata, dead after noticing it behaving oddly the night before.
I bought him 6 years ago and he was already nearly three inches long and fat so I have no idea how old he is. This is the largest lineolata I have ever seen and was quite a specimen. Here is a pic of him in better days.

What a pity, but well, fish don't live forever.

I am very sorry for your loss. He is very lucky he found you and had a good long life.

3 inches?! That's very impressive indeed He looks stunning in the picture; it must be a result of great care. I'm sorry you lost him, at least by the looks of things he's had a good long life.

He's probably in that pure sparkly pond beneath the Rainbow Bridge, bragging about how spoiled and well cared for he was with that wonderful human on earth. Don't worry -- love is eternal.
