Close up snaps of my fish

Post by LeStat » Fri May 31, 2013 6:01 pm

Hello people,

During my monthly gravel vac I thought I would try to get a closer look at some of my fish that haven't moved home in nearly three years.

This first pic is of my Modesta which I thought was around 5", turns out she is almost 8"!!!

"Bubba", this guy needs a new home. I will eventually find him a forever home that is big enough, until then he stays in my 7 footer.

"Snakey", the kids named it...

My Phantom green, sold to me as a phantom blue. The photo is deceiving, it is by far the biggest i've ever seen.

Nice fish there.. The Clowns are impressive as always but that Modesta is a chunky bugger for sure.. Rare to see these at their full size. I've had a 6" SL Modesta in the past and my current largest is around 5" and just chunking out now rather than growing in length.
So many species of fish yet so little time, space and money to keep them all...
