the trip to collect Pseudogastromyzon fasciatus

Post by mort » Mon Aug 12, 2013 4:37 am

Pseudogastromyzon fasciatus is distributed in Fujian and Zhejiang Province, the southeast of China.
It's the first species of Pseudogastromyzon discovered in China.
Fortunately,I had a chance to collect P.fasciatus in the wild.Sorry that my pics aren't so clear.
Enjoy the pics.

Thank you for uploading those photos, really useful to see these fish in their natural habitat.
Also I noticed how the brook is very low it being summer. I've read how their native brooks change enormously with the change of season.

Thank you very much for sharing such interesting photos !

I want to take a photo underwater all the time in hillstream-loach habitats, but cannot yet carry it out.
I am not used to English. Therefore,It is likely to sometimes misunderstand it.
