How long does ICh take to go????

My clown loach (2 new ones babies) got ICh about a week and half ago and its still persistant. Its disapeared off the other and tetra and is only on 1 clown!!! Lucky they are in a Q tank still!!! I did swap meds about 3 days ago as the other stuff was doing nothing, tank temps at 28.
So how much longer in your experiences does it take to go please :?:
