I'm going to have to get rid of one of my male A. rubidipinnis as it turns out. The two of them have gotten to a point of conflict where the dominant one is just too much. He's attacking my other brook loaches, and he seems really restless. I just assume it's a sexual maturity issue.
But if someone can give him a good home, I'm happy to hand him over. He's in an unheated 65 gallon river tank. He's about five inches long and very healthy with good markings and colour in the dorsal and caudal fins. And he's always hungry. It's either this or take him to an lfs, which does not ensure a good home.
So seriously, if anyone local wants an exceptional loach, email me and we'll arrange a drop-off.
