Help? My Clown Loach has developed white/grey patches?

Hello, I’ve just made an account here because I’m in desperate need of advice - my clown loach of three years has developed strange white-grey or silvery white patches along her sides. They’ve also spread to her tail fin and dorsal fin. It is not a scrape, and it does not seem to be a fungus of any type I’ve seen. It appears to be a pigmentation error? Should I be worried? What should I do? It is uniform, and appears in the same pattern on both sides. Symmetrical.

We have a running filter, a large tank with about three large schools of tropical fish (mainly tetras, guppies, loaches and ancistrus, plus one large plecostomus) that has always been a steady 25 degrees Celsius.
