Am considering feeding frozen daphnia to my loaches (both the ones I already have and the ones I plan to have), though I can't help but wonder if it's not going to be registered as a food source by them since it seems to be quite transparent and thus hard to find.
So I'd like to ask, what is the experience of Loaches Online members who have fed frozen daphnia to their loaches? Is it registered as food easily?
Additionally, I'd like to hear some thoughts on the variety of frozen foods I'm feeding or plan to feed. It is as follows:
-Bloodworms.
-Tubifex worms.
-Mussels.
-Zooplankton.
-Mysis.
-Krill.
-Brine shrimp.
-(If I hear good things about it), Daphnia.
Would this provide a sufficiently varied diet if fed alongside the usual pellets? I'm not the most knowledgeable about all the frozen foods out there so advise is much appreciated.
