My Dojo is not well

My weather poach is not well and I don’t know what to do. It’s about 5 years old and has always been very active and loves to sit on top of the filter stand. The last few days he appears slightly swollen and the stand is marking indents in his under belly, he’s not swimming around and is not eating either. He just sits on top of the filter stand and the only movement he makes is to turn around and lie in the opposite direction on top of the filter. I have tried internal anti bacteria treatment but it’s made no difference. Please can anyone help me and I really don’t want him to die

We need some more info to help. What size tank? What other fish & sizes? How often & how much water do you change?

How long have you kept this loach? Do you have other Dojos with it?

I'm sure I & others will have more questions soon. Do you test your tank's parameters? What are they & how often do you test?
