Acanthocobitis zonalternans with a different color

Post by Tony T. » Sat Feb 25, 2006 1:54 am

Yesterday I went out to western Thailand and find old friend Acanthocobitis zonalternans in interesting coloration. They seem mix in with normal ones. Probably males in breeding season?

Superb looking specimens! They do carry strong colourations. May the brightest male win!

Those are beautiful fish. Good yellow colour - almost orange.
