I only recently found this forum, also fairly new to having an aquarium.
Had my aquarium now for 6 months majority of fish are less than 3 months in there though.
Just thought I would share some pictures of my loaches with you, will try to add more when I have a good shot of them.

Firstly thanks for all the kind words.
My tank is 180 litres, afraid its not a river tank (didn't even know about river tanks until I found this site)but does have a fair bit of movement in places.

Is the two weather loaches in the previous photo's
4 x hillstream loaches ( 3 different species I beleive)
I think two are Pseudogastromyzon cheni both pictured previously) one is a Beaufortia kweichowensis I think and the other has red in the tail like Gastromyzon ocellatus but not sure thats what it is.
Also have 10 white cloud mountain minnows
12 danio's mix of zebra and leopard.
Has plenty of plants rocks and driftwood.
One piece of driftwood the weather loaches have made there home by excavating the gravel from underneath to make a cave.
The Beaufortia seems to spend majority of its time on the back glass behind the plants, but generally in areas he is hard to see.
The other 3 loaches are constantly in view with constant battles over who controls the algae covered rock arch which can be seen in the background of the 3rd picture. This always amuses me they don't mind being on pebbles next to each other but won't share an area of rock that is about 7" x 4".
