How old are CL`s when they start getting there white line`s, on the out side of the black. ?

And at what age dose the white come into the black ?

good question Katt, I'm curious myself. I too have noticed pictures on this site with their clowns looking like that, but mine are just plain black bands.

I would think it is highly dependant on lots of factors the main one being growth. That of course depends on feeding water conditions and frequency of changes, size of tank etc, etc.
