What might be sold as a spotted long-nosed Botia? - Update

I gave the species description to the LFS, and pointed out that this would become a rather large and nasty fish. I suggested that the label should be changed to the correct common name. One of the two specimens had already been sold at that time. One week later, the 2nd fish was still there and the label was still the same. Why do I bother???
