what the hell is this thing?!

is this clown loach hernia or what? this guy is not eating, should i euthanize him? he's in a tank with 3 clowns, 6 yoyo's, and 5 really small (1") calvus cichlids.

well after the loach wasnt eating and looked to be in pain i euthanized him and took the picture down.
