Two videos from the very earliest video vaults. Don't they seem extremely old?

Can you believe the voice which that kid has?

Heroin must be very, very bad stuff.

The only folks, IMHO, who have those type of voices in contemporary times (or at least Ron's) are gals:

Stevie Nicks

Linda Rhondstat

and Christine McVie

Quite the involved life he had. Fame, fortune and women didn't help cure his loneliness. Sad.

Mark:

I somehow believe that you believed humor was set forth via your post.

Wrong!!! I very much enjoyed the music when it was originally published and enjoyed listening to it again.

BTW: I am not aware of any current singers who have the voices of the quality of those which I posted (not necessarily true but close).

Aretha Franklin is definitely top shelf also.

Martha Reeves is close but no cigar.

Sia - Buttons.

You could write a very long essay about this video if you were in the right university course...

For contrast, here is Peaches, with Set it Off, although her videos seem to get removed fairly quickly. An even longer essay could emerge from this outing...
