Folks:

I forgot "Lollipop":

as well as "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" (the wingawet song with animation which yall will thoroughly enjoy)

BTW:

Mad Duff

"As a Liverpool fan I couldnt leave this out "

I presume this was a victory in a soccer game as by listening to it I could not "tell for sure".

Please excuse me here but this obviously pales in comparison to January 4th, 2006 with 4th and 4 from the 8 and twenty eight second left in the game!

Note in the third photograph Vince stepping across the goal line with the USC left outside corner back on the ground behind him after tryin to "catch up" with him.

Liverpool fans sing that before and after every game - win or lose :)

Mad Duff:

Yall are definitely different folks!

The only times that I have heard "The Eyes of Texas" played by the UT band after a losing game was in the early 1970's and both times this occurrence was subsequent to Cotton Bowl games.

One game was with Penn State and the other was with Notre Dame.
(You just cannot believe how rude their fans were!)

BTW:

I hope that you enjoyed the UT fight song played to photographs of the Horn's National Championship victory over the "vaunted USC team".

I was sure that I had included this link, but I can't find it. We need an index!

This is another clip from the Talking Heads film, True Stories - takes place in Texas, donchy'all know.... See the film - you'll love it.

And if church was like this, I'd freaking attend!

I may be biased due to Stanley Kubrick and 2001 but a couple of my favorites are:

Two videos of one of my favourite artists, Tori Amos (well, I like her old stuff). Crappy youtube videos so just close your eyes!

The second one is a cover from "Love song" by The Cure and one of the most emotional songs I ever heard. Gives me shivers every time.

I don't like most hip hop, but I do like early Busta Rhymes. A lot of care went into this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2asIbbS9aQ

And then there's Aphex Twin, with Window Licker. Even though this forum is "unmoderated," I recommend parental guidance on this one... It gets a little blue. Fantastic video, though - late 20th century American high art, IMO. Full length - you won't see this on MTV.

And one more from Aphex Twin - and this one is disturbing!

I am a huge fan of Frank Zappa. I have pretty much all of his recorded existence on file. This footage for City of Tiny Lights sums up why I love Zappa so much.

Adrian Belew, Tommy Mars, Ed Mann, Patrick O'Hearn, Napoleon Murphy Brock, Terry Bozzio... Beautiful music.

This song/video from LCD Soundsystem becomes brutal at the end. Good though, IMO.
